Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services offered by Innoviews. By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

  • Innoviews provides digital, web development, design, and related IT services.

  • Services are customized based on the project scope, timelines, and requirements agreed upon between Innoviews and the Client.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed quotation/proposal.

  • Advance payments, where applicable, are non-refundable.

  • Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • No refunds will be provided once project work has commenced or resources have been allocated.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access required to complete the project.

  • Any delay in providing inputs may extend project timelines.

  • The Client is responsible for maintaining backups of their content, unless backup services are explicitly included in the project.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (website, designs, code, etc.) will be transferred to the Client.

  • Innoviews retains the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Any third-party services (such as hosting, domain registration, plugins, or APIs) are subject to their own terms and are non-refundable.

  • Innoviews is not liable for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Innoviews will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or loss of profits.

  • Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

  • In case of termination by the Client, payments for work completed up to the date of termination must be settled.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
