1. Scope of Refunds

Refunds will be considered only for services that have not yet been initiated or where no substantial work has been delivered.

Once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated, refunds will not be possible.

For subscription-based or recurring services (e.g., website maintenance, hosting, or digital marketing), refunds are not applicable once the service period has started.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Domain name registrations and renewals.

Hosting services once activated.

Customized design or development services after project kick-off.

Third-party service fees or tools purchased on behalf of the client.
3. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project before it begins, a full refund may be issued.

If cancellation occurs after the project has started, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed.
